bangkok hotel location
Where is the hotel ? Location exactly.

We are only 15 minutes from Bangkok International Suvarnbhumi Airport in present normal speed driving and traffic.

We are at Pattanakarn road, Between soi 48 and 50 and between Klongton intersection and Srinakarin road
[“soi” means “lane” in Thai]
Exit from motorway route number9 to Srinakarin Road
At Srinakarin road [Pattanakarn intersection] make a right turn under the Pattanakarn flyover bridge
and you will find Bangkok Rama Hotel (Baan Siri) on your left hand side 400 meters from the Pattnakarn traffic intersection.

>Notice the sign board at the pond near Pattanakarn Road.

The hotel main building serves as lobby, hotel front desk reception, dance studio and restaurant.
To use the taxi-meter transfer service:

At the airport , in case you decide to use taxi meter in queue at the ground floor of the airport terminal
[it will be much cheaper than pick up van transportation]
As you are a little familiar with Bangkok, I strongly suggest that you should print out map in English and Thai
at http://www.bangkokramahotel.com/location.html/, to help you get to the hotel
Keep the hotel telephone number and call the hotel before get in the taxi,
so he/she doesn't drive you around for hours saying not know
where the hotel is, make he/she phone us to ask the way before you get on
the taxi. Meter Taxis are locked in long interval because the airport
wants to sell their monopoly limousines still don't have information for
the exact pricing probably THB 1000-1500. Taxi meter fare is about THB
200 include THB 50 for airport charge add up to the fare in the meter,
pay to the taxi driver. [If you pay more than THB 200 it means the taxi
driver drove around too much.]

“A great budget place to stay,”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

The rooms are old and not all the staff speak English but this place is great
for people on a budget, the staff really try to make sure you enjoy your stay.
There is a train nearby to get into Bangkok and plenty of restaurants.
